Arsenic is an AI-powered murder mystery game. Characters are fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. All conversations, evidence, and storylines are generated content and do not reflect real events or people.

2. Account

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the game's AI systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the game
• Reverse engineer the game's prompts or AI configurations
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. AI Content

AI-generated responses may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect content. The game involves fictional themes of murder, deception, and crime as part of the mystery narrative. This is entertainment — not a guide to real-world behavior.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Arsenic available 24/7 but make no guarantees. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Game progress is saved but we are not liable for any data loss.

6. Cost

The first mystery is free. We may introduce paid mysteries or subscriptions in the future, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.

7. Liability

Arsenic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Arsenic after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
